By accessing this website or purchasing coaching services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or its services.
Services Offered
These services are provided by Atelium LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive STE 100, Austin, TX 78731, USA (email: hello@melissaschemionek.com). Atelium LLC provides (a) professional education and certification through The Atelium Academy, which trains coaches, practitioners, and nurses in the C.L.E.A.R. Method, and (b) fertility and hormone wellness coaching delivered by certified C.L.E.A.R. coaches. These are provided as personal development and educational services, not as medical treatment.
Payment & Refunds
Service fees are communicated directly during the discovery call process. Due to the custom nature of each program, refund policies are discussed and agreed upon individually prior to program commencement.
Cancellation & Refunds
Program fees, payment schedules, and any cancellation or refund terms are set out in the individual enrollment agreement provided before enrollment. Please review those terms carefully before purchasing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for following program recommendations in good faith, communicating openly about their health status, and consulting their physician regarding any medical concerns that arise during the program.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, the C.L.E.A.R. Method framework, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Atelium LLC (created by Melissa Schemionek) and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Client stories shared publicly (e.g., testimonials) are shared with explicit written consent and identifying details are protected.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
